Dilutracker provides stock dilution analysis and tracking tools based on publicly available SEC filings. Our service is intended for informational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
The information provided by Dilutracker does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information from our service.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate information derived from SEC filings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. SEC filings may contain errors, and our analysis is generated using automated systems that may not capture all nuances.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
7. API Access and Data Use
If your plan includes API access, Dilutracker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the API and API responses for your own internal business, research, trading, analytics, and workflow purposes, subject to your plan limits and these Terms.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make Dilutracker data available to third parties, including your end users, subscribers, customers, or members, without a separate written data license from Dilutracker. This restriction includes using API responses in customer-facing products, trading platforms, dashboards, newsletters, data feeds, or other services where third parties can view or access Dilutracker data.
You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for all activity under your API keys. You may not share API keys, attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the service outside documented API endpoints, or use the service to build a competing dataset or data product.
8. Partner and Affiliate Program
If you participate in the Dilutracker Partner Program, you must promote Dilutracker honestly and in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You may not make misleading performance claims, present Dilutracker as financial advice, send spam, use deceptive links, or imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond your approved partner relationship.
Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts, coupon abuse, and referrals generated through prohibited paid search or brand bidding, including ads targeting Dilutracker or confusingly similar terms, are not eligible for commission. We may reject referrals, reverse commissions, suspend partners, or remove partners from the program for violations, refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or abuse.
Commission rates, attribution rules, cookie durations, payout thresholds, hold periods, and available payout methods may vary by partner group or campaign and may be changed prospectively. Participation in the Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dilutracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
