Holder
The institution reporting the position.
Shares
The number of shares in the reported position.
Value
Reported position value in dollars.
% OS
Position size relative to available outstanding-share data, which may differ from quarter-end shares.
Filed
The filing date, distinct from the date of the reported position.
Reported quarter
The quarter-end period the holdings describe.

Before you use the data

How current are 13F holdings?

13F holdings describe reported quarter-end positions. Filings are generally due within 45 days of quarter end, so positions may have changed by the time you read them. Read the SEC’s Form 13F FAQ.

Can I use holder data in my own workflow?

With an API-enabled plan and API key, request GET /api/v1/ticker/{ticker}/holders. Where data is available, the response includes holders, summary, and quarterEnd. Review API access.
